Areas of Practice Michael T. Sullivan is a partner and the co-director of the firm’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on domestic and international litigation and arbitration in the areas of banking and trade finance, insurance, securities and commercial disputes. He has tried cases throughout the United States and has participated in litigation and arbitrations throughout the world. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Sullivan represents a number of leading practitioners in the trade finance arena and, in particular, forfaiting. His clients range from multinational financial institutions and insurers to domestic real estate developers. His assignments range from the prosecution of international fraud claims to the defense of domestic contract claims.
