Jon M. Jenkins (Jay), a partner in our New York office, is the co-director of the Corporate Department. Mr. Jenkins represents domestic and foreign corporations, partnerships and other businesses in a wide range of U.S. transactions and compliance activities. Mr. Jenkins has broad experience in corporate finance matters, debt restructuring matters, and securities and corporate law representing both public and private companies in many different industries, commercial investment banks, investment advisers, lenders and money managers.
